Prostate
Indicated for positron emission tomography (PET) of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positive lesions in men with prostate cancer:
- With suspected metastasis who are candidates for initial definitive therapy.
- With suspected recurrence based on elevated serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level.
- For selection of patients with metastatic prostate cancer, for whom lutetium Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan PSMA-directed therapy is indicated.

Breast
Indicated for positron emission tomography (PET) of estrogen receptor (ER) positive lesions in patients with recurrent or metastatic breast cancer:
- To assess ER status of lesions difficult to biopsy
- To consider 2nd line endocrine therapy after metastatic disease progression
- To consider endocrine therapy at the initial diagnosis of metastatic disease

Visualizes the β-amyloid neuritic plaque density in adult patients who have been diagnosed with mild with cognitive impairment or mild Alzheimer’s disease dementia. A centiloid score is provided with each scan through cortical analysis to quantify the β-amyloid neuritic plaque density.

Indicated for use with positron emission tomography (PET) for localization of somatostatin receptor positive neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) in adults.
